Week In Review(Rich)
Pretty good week. Sorry for lack of updates.
Ate pretty well this week. Kept on point. We did go out to Frisch’s one night and that may have single handedly destroyed any progress I’ve made, but it was oh so good.
Worked out every day. Went to the rec center and walked about 2 miles on the walking track. Just me and the iPod.
